WARRANTY

Minipelle.ca Excavators

Minipelle.ca stands behind the quality and reliability of the equipment it offers. This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided to our customers when they purchase new excavators from us.

Warranty Coverage

Duration: The warranty period begins upon delivery of the excavator to the original purchaser. It extends for a maximum of 3 years from the date of manufacture or 24 months or 2000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.

Coverage:  We will provide a replacement for any defective part that fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and service. This coverage includes parts only. For the first 90 days from time of delivery, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace faulty parts at our labor expense.

Authorized Service: Warranty repairs must be performed by our authorized service centers or technicians.

Proof of purchase: The original sales contract must be provided as proof of purchase in order to receive a warranty repair/part.

Transferability: The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners should the original owner sell its equipment. A deed of sale including the equipment serial number must be provided as proof of ownership transfer.

Exclusions

Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover components that naturally wear out over time due to regular use. Examples include fluids, tires, filters, belts, and hoses.

Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from improper operation, accident, negligence, or misuse is excluded. This includes exceeding load capacities, operating the excavator outside of recommended parameters, or using it for purposes other than its intended function.

Lack of Maintenance: Failure to perform routine maintenance (such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections) as outlined in the operator’s manual can void the warranty. It is recommended to keep a maintenance log and to collect all receipts as proof of maintenance.

Unauthorized Modifications: If the excavator has been modified or altered without the manufacturer’s approval, warranty coverage may be voided. This includes installing non-OEM parts or making structural changes.

Environmental Factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme weather conditions, fire, floods, or corrosive environments is excluded. It’s essential to store and operate the excavator within specified guidelines.

Consequential Damages: The warranty does not cover indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, business interruption, or rental costs during repair periods.

Transportation: Transportation of the equipment to an authorized service center is the responsibility of the customer.
